Crystal Smith, our dedicated Program Coordinator, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our programs. A 2015 graduate of the Drake School of Business, Crystal brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role. Hailing from Newark, New Jersey, she is the fourth of eight siblings and has always been deeply committed to community service and youth empowerment.

Both programs are open to teens and young adults aged 16-25. All participants must have a strong interest in career development and a commitment to personal development.
